As John put it, this turned out to be a Work/Work weekend - with much getting accomplished. New track was built for the stretch from the depot to the BBQ area. The track was built on top of the old track, and then just pulled aside so some trains could run. It'll be installed later. Meanwhile, up on the Mountain Division, the track to Virlon's carbarn is completed and his train pulls in for the first time! Thanks to John LeBeck for the photos.       |
