Run Day




This little guy explored the railroad quite thoroughly.


A train load of passengers approaches the bridges.


Sol continues prepping the grade crossing area for some new concrete work. This project was begun at yesterday's Work Day.




Nothing beats the view from the cab...

The weather finally cleared by early afternoon, and some train lovers showed up...


Riders gather around the Pacific Coast Railway (PCRy) train awaiting instructions to board.


The PCRy train rounds the far turn.


Bill checks out the Rio Grande Southern No. 20, a 4-6-0 coal burner.




Karl holds up pictures of what the Bitter Creek Western Railroad looked like nearly 20 years ago. The view in the pictures Karl's holding is just about the same view as this picture of Karl - now with a few more trees.
